Benefits of Wood Pellets
(For the upcoming pellet-burning Therma Forge models — coming soon)
✔ Efficient Heat Output
Pellets produce up to 9,000 BTU per pound, delivering hotter, steadier heat than propane.
✔ Economical to Burn
Around $5 of pellets = 3–4 hours of heat — often half the cost of propane.
✔ Eco-Friendly Fuel
Made from recycled sawdust, pellets are clean-burning and low-waste.
✔ Clean, Convenient, and Low-Smoke
Pellets ignite easily, store cleanly, and burn with minimal smoke.

Engineered With Precision. Built to Last. Made in America.
Every Therma Forge unit starts its life as raw American stainless steel inside the Taylor Metal Solutions fabrication shop in Roseville, California. From there, each stove goes through a multi-stage manufacturing process designed for durability, efficiency, and flawless performance in real-world outdoor conditions.
How It’s Made
1. Laser-Cut Precision
Each panel and vent is CNC laser-cut for perfect seams, smooth edges, and consistent airflow.
2. Formed for Strength
Cut parts are shaped on high-tonnage press brakes to ensure durability, stability, and efficient heat flow.
3. Welded & Assembled by Experts
Every unit is hand-welded with tight tolerances and assembled for long-term strength in real outdoor conditions.
4. Finished & Quality Checked
Each stove is deburred, cleaned, and inspected. Edges are smoothed, fittings tested, and airflow verified.
OUR STORY
Where Function Meets Craft. Where Heat Meets Heritage.
Therma Forge was born in a fabrication shop — not in a boardroom.
What started as a simple idea for a cleaner, hotter, more portable heat source quickly became a passion project inside Taylor Metal Solutions, our metal fabrication shop in Roseville, California.
We saw a need for a stove that wasn’t mass-produced, flimsy, or imported.
We wanted something heavy-duty, reliable, easy to transport, and built from real American steel.
So we built it ourselves.
