Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unburned, and undamaged
- In the same condition you received it
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns showing any signs of heat, fuel exposure, ash, discoloration, or use.
Therma Forge does not cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or burned stoves
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Pellet cartridges, burn components, and consumable parts
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through authorized dealers (their policies apply)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued only if:
- The product is not in its original condition
- Parts are missing for reasons not caused by us
- The return is postmarked more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted at all)
Therma Forge does not refund sale or discounted items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the original payment method is unavailable, a check will be issued within 30 days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- If you still have not received it, email us at [email protected]
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email [email protected] for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Ensuring the product is packaged safely
- Using a trackable shipping method (recommended)
Therma Forge is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
