With decades of combined experience in welding, structural steel, architectural metalwork, and custom fabrication, our team brings industrial-grade craftsmanship to every stove we produce.
Our shop handles every stage of production in-house — from laser cutting and forming to welding, finishing, and final inspection. This allows us to control quality at every step while delivering a product that’s reliable, consistent, and built to last.

Therma Forge was born in a fabrication shop — not in a boardroom.
What started as a simple idea for a cleaner, hotter, more portable heat source quickly became a full-scale passion project inside Taylor Metal Solutions, our metal fabrication shop in Roseville, California.
We saw a need for a stove that wasn’t mass-produced, flimsy, or imported.
We wanted something heavy-duty, reliable, easy to transport, and built from real American steel.
So we built it ourselves.
Built Out of Necessity. Perfected Through Craftsmanship.
The first prototype was cut, welded, and tested right in our shop. We refined the airflow, redesigned the burn chamber, strengthened the body, and engineered each component to deliver the kind of heat people truly need — for ranch work, events, camping, job sites, and cold nights outdoors.
Every improvement we’ve made came from real-world use, hands-on testing, and decades of fabrication experience. We didn’t stop until the stove performed flawlessly.
