Therma Forge Warranty

1. Lifetime Limited Warranty

Therma Forge warrants that all stoves and metal components manufactured by Taylor Metal Solutions are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product as long as the product remains in production.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Therma Forge will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or unit.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Heat discoloration
  • Cosmetic scratches or finish changes
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
  • Damage resulting from dropping, impact, or neglect

Pellet cartridges, fire grates, and other consumable components are not covered under this lifetime warranty.

Shipping and freight costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Three-Year Limited Warranty (Wear & Tear Coverage)

Therma Forge provides a 3-year limited warranty on registered products to cover regular wear and tear of structural metal components.

This does not include:

  • Removable pellet cartridges
  • Heat shields
  • Glass components (if applicable)
  • Any part subject to normal burn erosion or breakage

Freight or shipping charges associated with warranty service are not included.

3. Exclusions & Disclaimers

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Operation inconsistent with the included instructions
  • Use of non-approved fuels
  • Abuse, neglect, or modifications
  • Commercial use
  • Acts of nature (wind, storms, fire, flooding, etc.)
  • Overheating, overfiring, or misuse

If damage is the result of accidental misuse, Therma Forge may, at its sole discretion, offer the customer a discounted replacement of up to 50% off MSRP, not including shipping.

Except where prohibited by law, all Therma Forge products are sold as-is without additional express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All warranties are void if:

  • The unit is resold or transferred to a new owner
  • Unapproved components or fuels are used
  • The stove is altered or modified
  • The stove is used indoors or in unsafe conditions
  • Maintenance guidelines are not followed

4. Warranty Process

Warranty claims may be submitted only for products purchased directly from Therma Forge or an authorized dealer and must be registered through the Therma Forge Product Warranty Registration Form.

Once a complete claim is received, Therma Forge will make a warranty determination within 30 days.
If approved, repairs or replacements will be completed within 30–60 days, depending on parts availability.

Attach clear photos of the issue with a handwritten note showing your name and address in each photo.

6. Disputes & Legal Remedies

Therma Forge strives for fair, good-faith resolution of all issues.
Any unresolved warranty disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Placer County, California, according to locally applicable arbitration rules.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Either party may seek temporary relief through the court system prior to arbitration.

7. Attorneys’ Fees

In the event of legal action arising from this warranty or from the use of any Therma Forge product, the prevailing party is entitled—where permitted by law—to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
